How You Can Lend A Hand

We are very grateful to everyone who gives to us both financially and with helpful donations and support to help us continue our work.

To continue to provide our services and reach more people in need we rely on the help of our community. There are many ways to give to us - financial gifts, donations of food and other practical items or with your time as a volunteer. See our volunteering page to find out about joining us.

Food Donations

We're always grateful for tins of meat, fish, beans and vegetables and other non-perishable foods such as pasta, rice and cereal. Long-life milk, juice and squash are really useful too.

Good quality, clean second-hand clothes or unwanted new items are in demand. They do need to be practical, and informal such as joggers and jeans or sweat shirts, hoodies and T-shirts. We can not take bed linen or duvets but welcome clean, rolled sleeping bags and tents in good condition.

Unopened toiletries are great!  Especially shower gel, shampoo, deodorant and toothpaste as well as toothbrushes and razors.

Please look at our contact page to see how to get in touch  with us to  check what we need or to arrange delivery of any donations  or telephone us on: 07444 324686 and leave a message.

Other ways of giving

An easy way to help us with the essentials we really need is to select something from our Amazon Wish List. Follow the link above to see what we need today.
